"The Rosie O'Donnell
Show" has booked Swing! for its Feb. 1 program. Details are still forthcoming, but
all or some of the cast members of the Broadway show, now running at the St. James
Theatre, will be performing on the popular talk/talent program.
"We are not certain if
it's the whole cast yet , but we'll probably do the Swing! finale on 'Rosie,'" a
production source told Playbill On-Line.
The original Sony Classical
cast album for Swing!, produced by Steven Epstein, is scheduled for release Jan. 25.
"The show's doing very well," the show spokesperson told Playbill On-Line.
"We also have the television commercial running, along with the album and the 'Rosie'
appearance."
